Mahtava kokemus: Excellent and very helpful service. We had lots of questions and got all answered to our satisfaction. Great one-stop shop, that provides everything you need to get Russian visa application started. They even took the necessary photo!

Negatiivinen kokemus: I didn't appreciate the attitude of SoloVisa staff. They did not bother to reply to half of my emails. They only reply if they would benefit from replying. I got my visa, but in the next day the borders were closed. I send a few emails asking is they would be kind enough to ask the Russian consulate to re-issue my visa for the late summer, as all the consulates did this during the pandemic period. SoloVisa didn't bother to even reply to my emails.
